What is Pathway of Hope?

More than help.
A partnership.

Pathway of Hope is a programme run by The Salvation Army, designed to help individuals and families address the root causes of hardship — not just the immediate crisis. We don't just hand you a resource and send you on your way. We walk with you.

You'll work one-on-one with a dedicated caseworker who helps you identify your goals, create a personalised plan, and connect you with the services and support you need — at a pace that works for you.
